- Developed a scoring and weight-validation algorithm for bi-specific siRNA, fitting efficacy with polynomial linear regression.
- Built a web-crawling-based automation system for gene expression pathway analysis on top of the ENRICHR database.
- Preprocessed and annotated an siRNA database, mapping RNA/CDS sequences to produce the final mapping output.
Activities
- KUBIG — Korea University Data Science & AI Society, Member and 18th President (Jan 2022 – Jan 2024). Led five ML/DL projects: image super resolution (EDSR, SwinIR, RRDB+), news topic classification (RoBERTa, KoELECTRA), and weather-based prediction tasks. As president, organized the curriculum for incoming members and ran study groups and seminars; members won 12 competition awards during the term.
- BEAT — Department of Biomedical Engineering, Korea University, Biosensor Team Lead (Sep – Dec 2021). Studied biomarkers and biosensors for brain disease diagnosis, and built an experimental database from published papers.
